Our team is going through The Five Dysfunctions of a Team now. We are trying to build total openenss, honesty, and offered accountability into our team culture now. <BR/><BR/>It appears that a majority of your books have been written the last few years. You should consider mixing it up this year with some of the classics. One of my good friends on our teaching team says, "If he isn't dead, I'm not reading him."
