sevenblog

seven is now blogging.

i met with preston last night to brainstorm how to resource our leaders. i knew we were going to develop a blog or webpage, but what we talked about was amazing. it's going to change the dynamics of so much in seven: communication, development, community, everything.

check it out. its pretty basic right now, but so much is going to be added in the next few months. it's going to be so sweet though.

i'm so excited

un-stuck

sometimes life can get so monotonous. just doing the same old thing and seeing little progress in what you are doing. it’s actually pretty difficult to live like this for me.

my personality type though is one that thrives on visible progress. i love to see that my hard work is paying off and i am getting somewhere. i just want to know i am going somewhere and i am not stuck in the same routine or place.

i love the moments though where i get un-stuck. it's these moments where i see god at work most in my life, and it's very fulfilling.

god will never let me down. i know there will always be “stuck” moments in life, but i am convinced that god will always bring along change and create enough momentum so that i get un-stuck.

god is unbelievable-need i say more?

focus is always good

believe it or not, i really do like to blog. it’s just hard to find the energy that is takes for me to articulate my thoughts the way i like to.

the past two weeks i have been focusing on focusing my relationship with god more. it’s been a journey that has stretched me to depend on him and understand he is the one i truly need everyday. i must be aware of him in every aspect of my life.

i can’t say enough of how good god has been to lacey and me (both before and after the wedding) – it’s pretty amazing! he continually show us his love through random things. god is so great!

i love god. i love lacey. and i love seven.
